E, numa trágica coincidência, um de seus filhos adotivos, Oliver Prinz von Anhalt, de 45 anos, também veio a falecer, num acidente de moto dia 18 de dezembro, quando sua mãe adotiva faleceu. Após ter ficado em coma por dias, veio a falecer no dia de Natal, em 25 de dezembro, no mesmo dia da semana da passagem da atriz, um domingo. O pai sequer sabia do acidente e só veio a saber do terrível fato na segunda-feira, quando o filho já havia falecido.

'"Nes Gadol Haya Sham" (A Great Miracle Happened There) was recorded completely in Israel. The song compares the lights of the hanukkiah/menorah to the Light in our hearts. When people see the symbol of a lit hanukkiah/menorah in the window they should remember that "a great miracle happened there" in Israel at the time of the Maccabees when the nation survived violent persecution and the Temple was restored to Israel and rededicated. Likewise, when people see us we should be like a living hanukkiah/menorah of Light so that when they see our lives they can recognize that "a great miracle happened there" in our hearts! Although the video was made in Israel and Israelis say "Nes Gadol Haya Po" (A Great Miracle Happened Here) I chose to say "Sham" (There) because the song is about those who are looking in at you! When people see YOU let them say "A Great Miracle Happened There!" And you can say "Yes, a Great Miracle DID happen Here because of the One who is Light!!" So let your light SHINE!'

'“Romances (ballads) and popular Sephardic Folk Songs in the original Ladino language, together with “Romances sung in their Hebrew translation as well as a few Liturgical Hymns sung in the synagogue, and finally nursery rhymes that he himself composed.
Isaac Levy was a Jerusalemite. He dedicated his whole life to the perpetuation of the Judeo-Spanish patrimony, which he absorbed in the synagogue and inherited from his mother. His 10 volumes of Liturgical Hymns and 4 Volumes of Romances (Ballads) were the result of this inheritance.
He devoted his life’s work to this unique cultural enterprise, which was deeply influential and multi-dimensional. Isaac Levy drew, revealed and composed in letters and notes, and sometimes even sung himself the beauty concealed in the songs and prayers of the Sephardic Jews.
He spread a wide canvas before our eyes: Thessalonica and Tangier, Amsterdam and Sarajevo, Izmir and Sofia, Casablanca and naturally Jerusalem.
One had to have seen Isaac Levy engaged in his craft in order to understand the significance of the expression “dedicated his whole life to a supreme goal” Isaac Levy alone accomplished a task, which in other countries is fulfilled by entire institutes and institutions. He was invincible in his field. His voice was extraordinary and heart-stirring, but due to the high expectations he had of himself he never allowed himself to sing in public.'
